Cancellation/Refund Policy: All sales are final.

Arrival: Upon arrival, please check in at at the Host Desk. You will be asked to present a credit card to activate your lanes.

Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your party, please call (215) 606-4950. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your lanes will be released and you will be sat on a first-come, first served basis. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no shows.

Age restrictions: Brooklyn Bowl is 21+ after 6:00pm. Brooklyn Bowl reserves the right to deny entry to any underage guests, or guests without a government issued ID.

Reservations: Your reservation is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. All parties are booked on a first-come, first serve basis. Upon confirmation of your reservation, Brooklyn Bowl will charge your credit card an amount equal to 100% of your reservation total. This reservation is for lanes on our Restaurant Floor.

Guests: Each lane can accommodate up to 6 guests, this inclusive of bowlers and non-bowlers. To add additional guests to your reservation after booking, please contact your event manager to confirm availability. If your party arrives with more than 6 guests per lane, additional guests will be placed on a waitlist, and will be sat at a lane on a first come, first served basis. Walk-in bowling rates will apply. Lane configuration is not guaranteed.

Food and Beverage Credit: Your reservation comes with a food and beverage credit to be spent on the lanes from our retail menu. Unfortunately, we are not able to pre-set menus for parties under 18 guests. Menu is subject to change.

Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your event (i.e., food, beverages, etc.) will be settled at the conclusion of your event to the card on file. Extending your lane rental time will incur additional rental fees and is based upon availability. Any food or beverage ordered on the lanes that exceeds your food and beverage credit is subject to 8% tax and 24% service fee. All credit cards transactions are subject to 3% credit card processing fee.

Lane Configuration: Lane configuration is not guaranteed, and lane requests can not be accommodated. Your party will be seated at existing side-by-side couches based on the number of lanes reserved. Please note that lanes are grouped by pairs and divided by a table. If booking one lane, you will be sharing a table with another party. Bowling shoes are required for all bowling participants. Shoe rental is included in the reservation.

Cakes/Outside Desserts: Outside desserts from a commercial are only allowed to enter Brooklyn Bowl after receiving approval from your event representative. Homemade items are not permitted. Please let your event representative know if you plan to bring in a cake – an outside dessert fee of $30 will be added to your final bill. Other food and beverages are not permitted.

Smoking, Drinking and Illegal Drugs. Brooklyn Bowl is a non-smoking and drug free environment. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under the age of 21 years and all attendees are subject to identification check. Brooklyn Bowl reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to any individual who is visibly intoxicated. No outside food, beverages or alcohol are permitted on the premises

Security. All persons entering the Brooklyn Bowl may be subject to metal detection, wanding and/or searches of body or property. Brooklyn Bowl does not allow any weapons or explosives of any kind on the premises. All gift wrapped items are subject to inspection. Any inappropriate, unsafe, disorderly or violent behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises. Brooklyn Bowl reserves the right to remove any persons from the Premises for any reason

Property Damage/Personal Property. You are responsible for any and all damage to the premises (other than normal wear and tear) caused by you or your guests. a $250 cleaning fee will be charged for extraordinary cleaning needs. Brooklyn Bowl bears no responsibility for any personal property brought onto the premises by you or your guest

Indemnity. You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Brooklyn Bowl and its related entities from any and all liability, loss, costs or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of any act or omission by you or your guests while present on the premises

Decorations: Decorations are not permitted unless approved by Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia in advance. Any helium balloons released within the venue will be subject to a $100 removal fee and will be added to your final invoice.
