You will not be charged if Yards Brewing Company declines or fails to respond to your booking.

Your reservation will be guaranteed by the payment method provided upon venue confirmation. At the end of your event, you will be billed for the remainder of your final charges (total less deposit paid), including any incidental items accrued during the event.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Yards Brewing Company requires the following deposit to be charged in order to hold your reservation:
- 25% of the total estimated check.
You may change or cancel your reservation until 24 hours prior to the event.
The final guest count for your event is due 48 hours prior to the event.

The following policies specific to your selections also apply to this reservation :

The credit card used on the website is for the deposit only. The rest of the payment will be due at the time of the event.
Guests who appear to be visibly intoxicated will not be served and will be asked to leave.
Non-Private Seating : Your reservation is for the Community Table located in the taproom. The table is not private. The other half of the table may be booked (see Party Size).
Party Size : The Community Table can accommodate up to 22 guests seated. If your party is fewer than 15 guests, the other half of the table may be booked at the same time as your reservation. This table can accommodate up to 30 guests with standing room. If your group exceeds 30 guests, we will offer extra seating for up to 48 guests. We can host a maximum of 50 guests at these tables.
Reservation Times : Time slots for the Community Table are made in 2.5-hour increments. The table may be booked before and after your party, so a strict adherence to your reservation time slot is necessary. If your party stays longer than the reservation time slot stated on your contract, a $10 charge per person, per half hour beginning at your reservation end time will be automatically added to your final bill.
Guest Count : An estimated guest total is due at time of booking. A guaranteed guest total is required via email no later than 48 hours prior to the reservation start time stated in your contract.
Deposit : In order to reserve your time slot for the Community Table, a deposit of 25% of your estimated check is required at time of booking. Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill.
Arrival Time : Please arrive at or before the reservation start time listed on your contract. If there is a line at the taproom entrance, and it is within 15 minutes of the start time of your reservation, your guests may avoid the line and enter the taproom immediately. In order to honor every party’s reservation start time, extensions for late arrivals are not possible.
Celebration Items : Please, no confetti, glitter or un-weighted balloons. While we always recommend our desserts and cakes, but you may bring your own cake if you choose. Please provide your own plates, utensils, and candles.
Cancellation : Yards will issue a gift card for the total of your deposit if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation start time stated on your contract. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your reservation start time, your deposit will be forfeited. Forfeited deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment : A 20% gratuity is automatically added to your final bill. Payment is due at the reservation end time stated on your contract. Accepted forms of payment are cash or credit card. Checks are not accepted.
