Deposit

A deposit of $50 is due upon signature to reserve your space and date. This deposit is non-refundable once paid. Should you need to change your date, the deposit will roll over to the new date if change is made a minimum of 12 days prior to your scheduled event AND if the new event date is within 6 months of the originally scheduled date.

Final details and Guarantees

A final number of bowlers is due 5 business days prior to your event. Kids birthday packages are for a minimum of 10 bowlers. The minimum will be charged if less than 10 bowlers participate. Lane assignments are placeholders to ensure we reserve space for your group and are subject to change.

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage must be ordered and provided by our in-house catering service, with the exception of dessert. If bringing in dessert, event host is responsible for cutting, serving, and refilling dessert. Ice cream is allowed (freezer storage is available upon request). Skyline Social & Games will provide plates, napkins, and utensils for both pizzas & dessert.

Decorations

Kids party rooms come decorated as a glow theme (blacklight option!). Event host may provide additional small table decorations if so desired and is responsible for set up and tear down of all décor. Please keep in mind these spaces are not available for early set up. The private room will be available for the event at the time reflected on the contract. All kids parties include only one hour in the private room. Confetti or glitter on the tables, in fabric, or within balloons are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

Any event reservation that is cancelled prior to thirty (30) days of the event will receive the deposit back, less the initial processing fee. Any event reservation that cancels after that time will forfeit the full deposit. Any event reservation that is cancelled due to the COVID- 19 pandemic may reschedule the event within one year of the cancellation date. All deposits made towards the event will be carried over to the newly reschedule date. If the event host decides to fully cancel the event, the deposit will be refunded minus the initial processing fee.

Children: Our facility is perfect for kids of all ages! Anyone under the age of 13 must have adult supervision.

Loss and Damage

Skyline Social and Games will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise, decorations, or articles left at the establishment prior to, during, or following your function. This includes cakes, decorations, clothing, cards, and gifts. We will make every effort to assist you in the receipt, storage, and return of items necessary to the success of your function.

Hosts are responsible for any damage to the function space for accommodations caused by the action of their guests or the use of decorations in and amongst the rented space. As the host of an event at Skyline Social and Games Resort, you are responsible for the behavior of your guests. We request that you or a designated party assist us in maintaining responsible behavior, if necessary, for the consideration of other guests.

Clean Up

Skyline Social and Games includes normal clean-up of the banquet space reserved. However, we reserve the right to add on any appropriate cleaning charges if the condition of the room or event space after the event makes this necessary. Any damage to the property caused by an attendee, performer or vendor employed by the host shall be the responsibility of the host. The cost of any repairs will be billed to the host.

Parking

Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If available, we recommend your guests park in the lot on the west side of our building, near the arcade entrance.

Payment

All charges must be paid in full with your party host at the completion of your event. Group packages will be charged to one hosted tab. Current tax rates are 8.875% Sales Tax and 11.375% Alcohol Tax. An 18% gratuity will be automatically applied to the final bill.

Definite Confirmation

If these arrangements meet with your approval, please sign, and return this contract along with the appropriate deposit of $50, within 7 days. This will serve as a definite confirmation of our agreement, which creates an obligation on your part to utilize Skyline Social and Games for your function.
