Important Things to Know:

Photo Identification will be required on-site and must match the form of payment used/card on file.
- Your 3rd Spot reserves the right to request a secondary form of payment be authorized in advance of booking or on-site should photo identification be unavailable
Your group is not confirmed until you receive formal confirmation from a member of Your 3rd Spot team.
Group must arrive and check-in together.
Your 3rd Spot is strictly 21+ after 5pm.
Your reserved time will not be extended if the group arrives late.

The management of Your 3rd Spot is committed to delivering superb food, service and hospitality to your group, to make your special event a memorable experience. We ask for some commitments on your part so that we can better guarantee your satisfaction and that of all our guests.

EVENT DATES ARE SECURED WHEN THE EVENT AGREEMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED, SUBMITTED, THE CREDIT CARD VERIFIED AND AFTER YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM Your 3rd Spot.

Deposits & Payment: A valid credit card is required to book the event date. At the time of the execution of this agreement, Your 3rd Spot requires 50% payment for your event. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice if anything should be added during the time of the event. If the function is cancelled within 5 days of the booked date the contact person(s) will be charged from 100% of the total package cost.
Events WILL NOT be cancelled without written confirmation from the Your 3rd Spot Sales & Membership Manager that you booked your event with.
Your Event time : Your event time is strictly extends from the start and end time of the contract. Based on availability, Your 3rd Spot may start events up to 15 minutes later than the reserved time, but the end time will then be extended to compensate for this difference. This agreement ensures that your special event, and any events prior to, or after, your special event are not unduly inconvenienced. Event times may only be extended if given permission from management. Any damage caused by improper use of lanes, games or bowling equipment by any guest in the party will result in lanes/games being turned off. All package selections must be completed at least 10 days prior to the event date.
Food & Beverages: Your 3rd Spot must supply all food and alcohol. Food from your function IS NOT allowed to be taken home by the host or any guests. All guests must present valid and acceptable forms of ID to consume any alcohol and gain entry to Your 3rd Spot in the evening hours. No guest shall be allowed entry to Your 3rd Spot without proper identification - Drivers License, Passport, State Liquor ID or Active Military ID. Acceptance of identification is at the sole discretion of management. All guests are responsible for adhering to Your 3rd Spot posted rules, regulations and dress code policy. Your 3rd Spot is 21+ evenings. See store for specific timing.
A final, guaranteed “head count” must be given to Your 3rd Spot 3 days prior to the event. The final count will be the count charged on the final invoice. Final Guest count cannot be less than 75% of the original guest count. In the event the final head count goes up before, or on the day of the event you will be responsible for that additional per person amount. Final menu selections are due a minimum of 3 days before the event. Any and all changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Your 3rd Spot requires a minimum food purchase amount for booked events. Beverage purchases, tax, administrative fee and gratuity are not included. In the event the minimum is not met, you will still be charged for the minimum. Contracted prices are non-negotiable.
Force Majeure: Establishment’s performance under the Contract is subject to acts of God, or, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency beyond Establishment’s control, making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to perform Establishment’s obligations under this Contract. Establishment may terminate the Contract without liability for any one or more of such reasons upon reasonable written notice to customer.
Indemnity: Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Establishment, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated and related entities and its and their respective directors, officers, employees and / or agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs and damages of every kind arising out of, or in connection with the Event.
Use of Intellectual Property: Use of Establishment’s logos, trademarks or any of Establishment’s intellectual property (collectively, the “Marks”) in any printed or promotional materials including, without limitation to, press releases or news articles must be approved in advance by Establishment’s corporate office. Client agrees to submit a copy to Establishment of any proposed materials using any of the Marks at least five (5) business days prior to anticipated use.
Signage & Banners: Establishment, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to approve all signage to be used during Event. Printed signs must be free standing or on easels.
Liability for damage(s) to Your 3rd Spot will be charged to the guest. Any equipment, possessions and displays that are not the property of Your 3rd Spot are to be removed immediately following your event. Any items that are stored are done so at the risk of the guest. Your 3rd Spot is also not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Any activity if not played correctly, could result in the possibility of bodily injury. At NO TIME are bowling players permitted past the black foul line or walk on lanes, gutters or walkways to retrieve balls, pins, take pictures or for any other reason. Correct footwear must be worn at all times and shoes kept clean and dry. Keep your hands out of the ball return system. If you need assistance or to report any mechanical problems, spills, or other concerns please contact management personnel immediately. Your 3rd Spot assumes no responsibility for damage or injury caused by player negligence.
By signing this agreement Your 3rd Spot will hold the guest representative and his/her company responsible for meeting all of Your 3rd Spot pre-set pricing and minimums as well as the communication of all Your 3rd Spot policies and warnings as stated above.

This Contract shall be governed by Georgia Law. Any disputes arising out of this Contract shall be resolved solely in state court in Georgia. The parties’ obligations pursuant to this Contract may not be assigned. The parties waive any right to a jury trial in the event of any dispute arising from this contract, or any services provided by establishment to client in connection with the event. Fax and/or e-mailed copies of the executed Contract shall, for all purposes be deemed as originals.
