    Thank you for choosing The Rustic - Houston (Downtown)  for your event!

    I have shared a payment request for your event on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at The Rustic - Houston (Downtown). To view, please use the link below.

    Upon contract signing, 25% of the Estimated Amount Due (food and beverage minimum) must be paid to complete your reservation.

    The final remaining Estimated Amount Due must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your event start time, and based upon the final guest count. If full payment of the Estimated Amount Due is not received, we reserve the right to release your reserved space and retain the deposit. Following the final payment, the Estimated Amount Due is also the Minimum Amount Due and cannot be reduced.

    On the day of your event, charges for additional food and beverage items, or additional guests (if they can be accommodated), plus applicable taxes and service charges, will be paid at the event's conclusion.

    Payment may be made by credit card, check, or wire. Credit card payments must be made via the Tripleseat Guest Portal. Checks made payable to The Rustic may be mailed via US or overnight mail to:
