The Island Creek Raw Bar is an interactive catering experience that can be tailored to suit any event, from rehearsal dinners and weddings to graduation parties, birthdays, and large-scale corporate functions. WHAT TO EXPECT: For your event, we will provide our signature dory boat display, ice, supplies for shucking, sauces, friendly staff and product. Our crew of experienced shuckers will set up the boat, fill it with crushed ice, cover it with the freshest seafood, and shuck away while chatting with guests in a casual, Island Creek kind of way for an unforgettable raw bar experience.
